At FujisanToys we offer the best of Japan to you! To do this we go to our best efforts to source official, reputable and good quality second hand items straight from Japan. All of our products are second hand items, whether they are still brand new in packaging or pre-loved. Terminology:

Across the site certain condition terms are used, these are new, new (other) and preowned these mean:

• New
    Brand new and unused within its original packaging or with tags. Often combined with being still sealed.
   
• New (Other)
    Brand new and unused, however their may be slight condition issues with it's packaging or tags. Look into the products description for more detailed information on what condition issues their may be with the product.
   
• Preowned
    No longer in it's original packaging, has been removed from it's packaging at any point or no longer has it's tags. This could also be combined with signs of use and more information on specific conditions can be found in the product's description

Payments: 

All payments are in UK Pound Sterling GBP.  We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Shop payments. All these methods are highly encrypted and secure.

Tracking Orders:

After you have placed an order you will be able to check its status at any time, to see whether it’s being prepared, if or when it was sent, etc. Simply log in to "My Account" then click the order that you wish to check.

Stock Availability:

FujisanToys use a live stock control system, so product quantities are updated on our website every time an order is made. This means that usually if it says it’s in stock, it is... however, sometimes errors occur, We will contact you and refund payment if we find a stock error promptly by method you paid with. We do not substitute.

All images and logos throughout the site are FujisanToys' property and owned by us, any reproduction or use is prohibited unless prior permission is sought.

Security and Privacy:

Placing an order online with FujisanToys is safe and secure. We do not keep any record of your payment details. You’ll see the secure padlock symbol in your browser window.

We collect certain basic pieces of information that you give us through the website, to allow us to process your order and provide any necessary aftercare. The details gathered are limited to your name, addresses, email address and telephone number. We do not and can not store credit or debit card details. We will also not contact any provided contact methods regarding details outside of your order.

FujisanToys will never share your personal information with third parties.  We do not send spam. In accordance to the GDPR regulations, you can always access, update or remove your personal data by contacting us or logging in online from "My Account"
